Terms and Conditions
Reservation
Kasawari Lembeh Resort required deposit to secured the booking. We will hold a reservation for up to 7 days.
If the deposit has not been received within 7 days, all reservations will be subject to release
Deposit for 6 persons or less ( F.I.T) : US$ 250 per person
Remaining balance is due 45 days befroe arrival
Any reservation made less than 45 days before arrival, a full payment is required within 7 days after confirmation.
Deposit for 7 persons or more ( Group) : 20% of the total amount will be shown in the invoice
Remaining balance is due 60 days befroe arrival
Group rooming list is due 120 days prior to arrival. Once rooming has been received , the reservation will be considered as confirmed.
No date change are allow.

If cancel within 45 days of arrival, all payment received will be forfeited.
If cancel 46-90 days of arrival, deposit will be forfeited
If cancel 91 days or more , deposit will be refunded minus 30% cancellation fee plus bank charges or
deposit can be used for future booking within 6 month or original booking minus US$ 30 administration fee.
No show, Flight cancellaiton, delay or illness - NO REFUND
Unused dive , Meal , Nitrox form pre paid package - NO REFUND

Full meals starting with afternoon snack on the arrival day and end with breakfast on the departure day
Meals will be served in either a la carte style or buffet depending on number of guests in house
Treated filtered drinking water, coffee and tea is served during meals |

Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and a surcharge may be applied |

| Airport transfer |
Kasawari is approximately one and a half hours away from airport
Our airport representative will meet you at arrival hall exit after custom clerance or baggage claim

| Water temperature |
Water temperaturei is ranging form 26°C/78°F to 28°C/82°F. We recommend a minimum of 3mm wetsuit
Hood and thin gloves are highly recommended |

| Travel and Diving Insurance |
Travel and diving insurance such as DAN is strongly recommended for all guests staying at Kasawari Lembeh Resort
Insurance should provide coverage for scuba related injuries, accidents and international evacuations
and additoinal other standard travel and diving insurance policy coverage. Kasawari Lembeh Resort will not take
any reponsiblilty whatsoever for any expenses that maybe incurred through lack of adequate insurance coverage
taken up by the guests. Travel insurance is also very useful when there is any unfortunate event
such as flight delay or cancellation or health problem. |

Your booking will be confirmed and secured as soon as the deposit has been received by us
Any bookig without the deposit will be subject to cancel without any prior notice.

Payment at the resort can be settled in cash US$ or EURO, Local currency (amount will be converted to local currency)
